ARTICLE 230: CANCELLATION OF THE CUSTOMS AGENT´S PATENT FOR OPERATIONS NOT REQUESTED BY THE IMPORTERS OR EXPORTERS

For the purposes of article 165, section III of the Law (LA: Art. 165), it will be understood that importers and exporters did not request the operation from the customs agent, when they are unaware of the operation in question, unless proven otherwise.
