ARTICLE 233: WHEN IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT THE CUSTOMS AGENT DOES NOT SATISFY THE REQUIREMENT TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL TITLE
For the purposes of the provisions of articles 159, second paragraph, section VI, and 166, subsection a) of the Law (LA: Art. 159) (LA: Art. 166), it will be understood that the customs agent does not satisfy the requirement of having a professional title or its equivalent, when any of them has been submitted for obtaining the patent and has been false or nonexistent.
