For the procedure of the request and, where appropriate, the granting of the temporary export permit for artistic monuments that are requested to the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature (Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura) under the terms of the applicable legislation, the right on artistic monuments will be paid, per piece, according to the fee of: ...................................................... $ 55.00

This right will not be paid for the permits requested by the Federation, the Federal Entities or the Municipalities.
