    For the services provided by the National Agrarian Registry (Registro Agrario Nacional), relating to the issuance of documents stating the original operations and the modifications suffered by the ejido and communal property, as well as the rights constituted with respect thereto, those related to colony land agricultural and livestock, those that refer to the constitution of rural companies and on agricultural, livestock or forestry properties of commercial and civil companies, will pay rights according to the following fees:
