ARTICLE 235: ACTS TO BE CONSIDERED CARRIED OUT BY THE CUSTOMS AGENT

For the purposes of article 195 of the Law (LA: Art. 195), are considered acts carried out by the customs agent in the customs clearance of the merchandise, those derived from the processing of the customs declarations (pedimentos) signed by the customs agent himself or their mandataries legally accredited for it.
