ARTICLE 191-F:

The Federative Entities that have hold an administrative collaboration agreement in federal tax matters with the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público), so that directly, when they expressly agree to it, exercise administrative functions, on the income obtained by the collection of the rights referred to in articles 191-D and 191-E of this Section (LFD: Art. 191D) (LFD: Art. 191E), will receive the total revenue generated by the provision of these services.
