ARTICLE 191-B:

Fishing rights will not be paid, as referred to in this Section in the following cases:

For fishing for domestic consumption.

For the promotion of fisheries for official fishing education, research and development centers.

For the introduction of living species in bodies of water, for native specimens and populations.

The didactic fishing carried out by the country's educational institutions, recognized by the Secretary of Public Education (Secretaría de Educación Pública), within its teaching, research and training programs.

(Repealed).
