    • ARTICLE 192-A:

    For the study and procedure and, where appropriate, authorization of the concession titles and permits that are indicated, including their subsequent inscription by the National Water Commission (Comisión Nacional del Agua) in the Public Registry of Water Rights (Registro Público de Derechos de Agua), the right will be paid of water-related services, according to the following fees:

  • For each concession title for the extraction of materials from riverbeds, vessels and deposits of national property .................................. $ 1,779.00

  • For each concession title for the use or exploitation of lands of riverbeds, vessels, lakes or lagoons, as well as estuaries, federal zones and other national assets regulated by the National Water Law (Ley de Aguas Nacionales) .............. $ 1,780.00

  • For each permit for the construction of hydraulic works intended for the exploitation, use or utilization of national waters or in closed and regulated areas, for drilling wells for the use of groundwater or for the construction of works in the federal area ... ............................................... $ 5,434.00

  • Dams with a storage capacity equal to or greater than three million cubic meters or with a curtain equal to or greater than fifteen meters in height from the lowest part of the foundation to the crown;

  • Roads and bridges referred to in the Law on Federal Road, Bridges and Federal Motor Transportation (Ley de Caminos, Puentes y Autotransporte Federal);

    •  

  • Road?rail bridges that are general communication routes referred to in the Railway Service Regulatory Law (Ley Reglamentaria del Servicio Ferroviario);

    •  

  • Bridges, canals, or water pipes for irrigation of water supply to areas greater than ten thousand hectares or for the supply of drinking water to the metropolitan areas referred to in the General Law of Human Settlements, Territorial Planning and Urban Development (Ley General de Asentamientos Humanos, Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano);

    •  

  • Bridges for hydrocarbon, petroleum and petrochemical pipelines with diameters equal to or greater than 50.8 centimeters;

    •  

  • The channeling of free currents in agricultural areas greater than ten thousand hectares or for the protection of metropolitan areas referred to in the General Law of Human Settlements, Territorial Planning and Urban Development (Ley General de Asentamientos Humanos, Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Urbano);

    •  

  • Tailing dams referred to in the Official Mexican Standard NOM-141-SEMARNAT-2003 or the one that replaces it.

    •  

  • Coastal exploratory well and coastal extraction well, the first being understood as the well built in the fringe between low tide and one kilometer inland from high water, in order to investigate the hydrodynamic behavior, hydraulic characteristics and salinity of water of the aquifer and; the second as that well built on the fringe between low tide and one kilometer inland from high tide, whose extraction flow comes from the sea;

  • Well, relief well, advance well, disposal well and exploratory well, all for the exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons in unconventional deposits, and

    •  

  • For the exploration or exploitation of hydrothermal geothermal deposits referred to in the National Water Law (Ley de Aguas Nacionales).

  • For each concession title for the use or exploitation of the federal hydraulic infrastructure, including the provision of the respective services ................................................ $ 5,719.00
