    • ARTICLE 192:

    For the study, processing and, where appropriate, authorization of the issuance or extension of titles of assignment or concession, or of permits or authorizations of transmission which are indicated, including their subsequent inscription by the National Water Commission (Comisión Nacional del Agua) in the Public Registry of Water Rights (Registro Público de Derechos de Agua), the right will be paid of water-related services, according to the following fees:

  • For each title of assignment or concession to exploit, use or take advantage of national waters including its registration .............................. $ 4,199.00
