For the evaluation of each request and, where appropriate, authorization of the following activities in the field of hazardous waste, the right to prevent and control pollution will be paid, in accordance with the following fees:

For requests for transfer, modification or extension of the authorization granted, 50% of the fee established in this article will be paid.

The organized microgenerators that submit the requests referred to in section I of this article will pay 50% of the fee established in this article.
