For the reception, study of the request and, where appropriate, authorization for the first time to import and export hazardous waste and other waste that are provided for in international treaties of which Mexico is a part of, that do not have dangerous characteristics, rights will be paid, according to the following fees:

50% of the fee established in this article will be paid for subsequent procedures and requests for an extension and modification of the authorization.
