ARTICLE 239: OPTION TO DESIGNATE AS A LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES TO EMPLOYEES OF THE PREMISES OR THE GENERAL WAREHOUSES OF DEPOSIT
Importers and exporters that promote customs clearance (LA: Art. 35) of the merchandise without the intervention of the customs agent (LA: Art. 40), in addition to the provisions of article 69 of these Regulations (RLA: Art. 69), may designate employees from the legal entities that have a concession or authorization granted in terms of articles 14, 14-A and 119 of the Law (LA: Art. 14) (LA: Art. 14A) (LA: Art. 119), to help them, as well as their legal representatives (RLA: Art. 236) (RLA: Art. 244), in the acts of customs clearance and Customs Recognition (LA: Art. 2), provided that there is the consent of the legal entity that has the corresponding authorization or concession.
