Importers  and  exporters  that  promote  customs  clearance  --201-Art.  35--  of  the  merchandise  without  the  intervention  of  the  customs  agent  --201-Art.  40--,  in  addition  to  the  provisions  of  article  69  of  these  Regulations  --28-Art.  69--,  may  designate  employees  from  the  legal  entities  that  have  a  concession  or  authorization  granted  in  terms  of  articles  14,  14-A  and  119  of  the  Law  --199-Art.  14--  --199-Art.  14A--  --220-Art.  119--,  to  help  them,  as  well  as  their  legal  representatives  --69-Art.  236--  --69-Art.  244--,  in  the  acts  of  customs  clearance  and  Customs  Recognition  --196-Art.  2--,  provided  that  there  is  the  consent  of  the  legal  entity  that  has  the  corresponding  authorization  or  concession.
