    • ARTICLE 194-K:

    For the receipt, evaluation and dictum of the forest management program and, where appropriate, the authorization or endorsement of the authorization of exploitation of forest resources of timber species of mid and cold climate, the duty will be paid according to the following fees:

  • Up to 500 cubic meters .................................. Exempt

    •  

  • From more than 500 cubic meters to 1,000 cubic meters .............. $ 5,722.00

    •  

  • From more than 1,000 cubic meters to 5,000 cubic meters ............ $ 7,820.00

    •  

  • From more than 5,000 cubic meters and onwards ................. $ 10,013.00

    • For the request and, where appropriate, authorization to modify the management programs referred to in this article, 35% of the fee will be paid as appropriate, based on the total authorized volumes pending to be used.

    The duties established in this article will not be paid, when any of the following assumptions are met:

  • The request to modify the management program is exclusively to include the use of non-timber forest resources;

  • They have paid the duties referred to in article 194-H of this Law (LFD: Art. 194H) and it is the same project, or

    •  

  • It is an automatic authorization request and is accompanied by the certificate of adequate compliance with the management program or the certificate of good forest management.

    •  

  • The modification request is exclusively for the use of woodland balances downed from past due annuities.

    •  

  • The modification request is to change the chronology of the annuities, the distribution of products or any other modification that does not imply changes in the volume to be removed.

    •  

  • The modification request is exclusively for the exploitation of unused Well-balanced woodland from last year, due to a declaration of emergency or natural disaster, issued by the competent authority.
