ARTICLE 194-W:

The income obtained by the collection of rights contained in Section Five to the Ninth of this Chapter, will be allocated to the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources (Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales), for the maintenance, conservation and operation of the services indicated in said sections. When said services or procedures are decentralized from the States or the Federal District, through specific agreements for the assumption of functions concluded with the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources (Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales), they will be destined to the state or, where appropriate, to the Federal District, who has provided the service or performed the procedure, provided that said function remains decentralized.
