ARTICLE 194-X:

When the applicants, based on article 109-Bis 1 of the General Law of Ecological Balance and Environmental Protection (Ley General del Equilibrio Ecológico y la Protección al Ambiente) and in accordance with the general guidelines issued by the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources (Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales), submit a single request for two or more procedures or services established from the Fifth Section to the Ninth Section of this Chapter for the authorization of the project, shall only pay the highest right corresponding to the procedures and services requested.
