For the issuance of certificates and dictums of products, services, use and consumption of drinking and industrial water, the right of sanitary certificates will be paid for each request for a certificate, in accordance with the following fees:

Low risk transportation, direct or indirect, for human health ............. $ 1,209.00
Regarding private water supply systems, to determine the sanitary condition of the hydraulic installations .................................. $ 6,426.00
On the physicochemical and bacteriological sanitary quality of the water for human consumption and use .................................. $ 3,023.00
Regarding the sanitary conditions of the plants, equipment and water treatment facilities for human or industrial use and consumption, which use private wells as a source of supply ............................................... $ 9,070.00
Equipment and facilities for water process for human and industrial use and consumption ........................................ $ 6,046.00
