ARTICLE 197-A:

For the exploitation of the arboreal vegetation in the channels and federal zone of the rivers, the right of forest exploitation will be paid according to the fee of $ 167.76 per cubic meter of authorized tree roll.

The payment of the right to which this article refers, will be made prior to the forest exploitation before the offices authorized for this purpose by the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público).

The income obtained from the collection of the rights referred to in this article will go to the National Forestry Commission (Comisión Nacional Forestal) for forest restoration programs with native species.
