ARTICLE 200:

Individuals and legal entities that use the national ports or the terminals for public use outside the authorized port, will pay for each vessel in high-altitude seas traffic that enters, the right of high-altitude seas port according to the fee of $ 7.61, per gross tonnage unit or fraction.

In the case of vessels that carry mixed traffic, 90% of the fee corresponding to the right of high-altitude sea port will be paid for each port or terminal for public use outside the authorized port they enter.
