ARTICLE 246: OPTION OF THE LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE TO PROMOTE THE CLEARANCE OF MERCHANDISE THROUGH THE CUSTOMS AGENT
The accreditation of the legal representative (RLA: Art. 236) before the Customs Authorities will not be an impediment for those who promote customs clearance (LA: Art. 35) of merchandise without the intervention of the customs agent, may carry out the procedures of the customs clearance (LA: Art. 40) (LA: Art. 59B) through the latter.
