ARTICLE 202:

    For the vessels that dock at the docks owned by the Federation, for each hour or fraction greater than 15 minutes and for each meter of length or fraction, the docking right will be paid according to the following fees:

  • By commercial vessel ................................... $ 0.74
  •  

  • By yacht ........................................... $ 0.47
  •  

  • By embarking vessel....................................... $ 0.33
  •  

  • By commercial local vessel ................................. $ 0.49
  •  

    For the purposes of this article, a commercial vessel is understood to be any one destined to carry out commercial acts; by yacht, any vessel that is exclusively intended for the personal pleasure of its owners or possessors, without pursuing profit; by embarking vessel, one that only uses the dock to be moored, so it does not dock in it, or only makes contact with it with its prow or stern because it is in a perpendicular position to the dock; and by local commercial vessel, the one that operates only in a port and is registered in it.

    The right referred to in this article will be paid prior to the undocking of the vessels.
