ARTICLE 203:
Vessels that use two or more ports that, for geographical and operational reasons, are integrated in a unit, will pay the right of high-altitude or cabotage port, as the case may be, only when they enter the first of the ports that form the unit.
The right of port will not be paid for the vessels that leave a port and return to it without having entered another.
Foreign vessels that are authorized to carry out cabotage traffic will pay the right of cabotage port in accordance with the fees established in article 201 of this Law. (LFD: Art. 201)
The port authorities, before issuing the departure of the vessel, will verify the corresponding payment of the rights referred to in this chapter.
