ARTICLE 206:

The owners, senders or recipients of the merchandise that use the docks owned by the Federation, by themselves or through customs agents, will pay the dock right for each ton or fraction of cargo, according to the following fees:

The right referred to in section I of this article will be paid within the five days following that in which the export customs declaration (pedimento) is presented to the customs authorities; the right referred to in section II of the same article will be paid within the five days following that in which the merchandise corresponding to each bill of lading are unloaded; and the right referred to in section III of the numeral itself will be paid within the five days following that in which the loading or unloading of the merchandise covered by each bill of lading is carried out.
