ARTICLE  236-A:

 

The  tax  authority  may  proceed  to  presumably  determine  the  right  to  extract  materials,  in  the  following  cases:

  • Failure  to  have  daily  books  on  the  volumes  of  the  material  that  is  extracted.

    •  

  • The  taxpayer  does  not  pay  the  right  under  the  terms  of  article  236  of  this  Law.  --592-Art.  236--

    •  

  • The  initiation  or  development  of  the  faculties  of  verification,  proof  and  measurement  is  opposed  or  hindered,  or  the  information  or  documentation  requested  by  the  National  Water  Commission  (Comisión  Nacional  del  Agua)  is  not  presented.

    •  

  • Failure  to  have  a  concession  title.
