ARTICLE 249: IMPOSITION AND REDUCTION OF SANCTIONS

When sanctions are imposed without substantiating the procedure in terms of the last paragraph of article 152 of the Law (LA: Art. 152), shall apply the benefit provided by article 199, section V of the Law. (LA: Art. 199) (RGCE 2022: Regla 3.7.30)
