ARTICLE 236-B:

In the case of the right referred to in articles 232, sections I, second paragraph, IV and V and 236 of this Law (LFD: Art. 232) (LFD: Art. 236), the National Water Comission (Comisión Nacional del Agua) is empowered to exercise the attributions established in article 192-E of this Law.
