ARTICLE 214:

Federal Roads and Bridges and Related Services (Caminos y Puentes Federales de Ingresos y Servicios Conexos) will make monthly provisional payments on account of the right of the exercise no later than the 17th day of the month immediately subsequent to that in which the payment corresponds.

The provisional payment will be calculated by applying the 1% rate to the income from the sale of goods and services obtained from the beginning of the year and until the last day of the month to which the payment corresponds. The provisional payment thus determined will be subtracted from the provisional payments of this right actually made in the previous months of said fiscal year and the difference will be the provisional payment to be paid.
