In the use of radio spectrum, the following rules will be observed:
When the Secretary of Communications and Transportation (Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes) or users deem it necessary or convenient to share radio communication of radio frequencies or channels in the same coverage area and at the same hours of operation, to each permit holder, shall apply the total amount of right that would correspond to them if they used the frequency exclusively.
