    • ARTICLE 245:

    The right for the use of radio spectrum, for multichannel microwave links between two terminal stations for public or private services of telecommunications signals, will be paid annually for each link, according to the following fees:

  • For each terminal station of each multichannel link or for each end point of the same or antenna and for each repeater ............................. $ 7,081.00

  • In each radio frequency channel for each group of 120 telephone channels or fraction and up to 960 telephone channels or of equivalent capacity for any other type of telecommunications signals ............................... $ 7,081.00

  • In each radio frequency channel for additional capacities to 960 telephone channels or equivalent capacity for any other type of telecommunications signals ............................................... $ 7,081.00

    The total fee for each link will be the result of cumulatively applying the fees corresponding to sections I, II and III.
