ARTICLE 8: SHIPS THAT DO NOT SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CUSTOMS LAW

Military ships or those of foreign governments, in accordance with international treaties to which signed by Mexico, shall not be subject to the provisions of this Law, except when they are used to carry out any commercial operation.
