ARTICLE 9-B: NOTIFICATIONS BY BULLETIN BOARDS

Notification by bulletin boards (CFF: Art. 139) will be carried out through the electronic customs system (RLA: Art. 1) (LA: Art. 6) after the term of five business days referred to in article 9-A of this Law expires, (LA: Art. 9A), to this end, the respective administrative ruling will be published on the webpage of the customs electronic system for a term of fifteen business days, counted from the business day following the day in which it was published.

Notifications by bulletin boards may be consulted at the electronic customs systems webpage, the notification date will be deemed to be the sixteenth business day after the day in which the notification was published, in such date the notification will become effective.
