RECEIVING  BODIES  TYPE  "A":

All  that  are  not  designated  as  types  B  or  C;  as  well  as  the  soils  and  lands  referred  to  in  article  276  of  this  Law.  --603-Art.  276--

In  the  case  of  discharges  made  from  marine  platforms  or  mobile  sources,  the  fees  established  for  type  A  receiving  bodies  will  be  applied.
