ARTICLE 9C: REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTING PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO RECEIVE AVAILABILITY NOTICES AND NOTIFICATIONS
Interested parties may authorize, through the customs electronic system (RLA: Art. 1) (LA: Art. 6), a maximum of five persons to receive on their name, notices of availability and notifications of administrative rulings related to the procedures carried out through said system. For this purpose, interested parties must state their full name, active federal taxpayer identification (RFC)(CFF: Art. 27), as well as the email addresses of the persons authorized. Interested parties are responsible for communicating through the customs electronic system the revocation of the authorization to receive notifications.
Authorization and revocation notices will become effective on the date and time indicated in the return receipt issued for that purpose by the customs electronic system.
Notifications made to the persons authorized to receive notifications will be deemed legally made to the interested party who authorized them.
