ARTICLE 288-C:

For the use, enjoyment, or exploitation, for the reproduction of movable and immovable archaeological and historical monuments, unlimited reproduction rights will be paid for each authorized monument, in accordance with the following fees:

Artisanal production is excepted from the payment of the rights established in this article, when the artisan has the recognition and registration granted by the competent authority.

The rights established in this article will not be paid by the authorities and public institutions competent in the research, conservation, restoration and recovery of archaeological, artistic and historical monuments and monument areas, in terms of the Federal Law on Monuments and Archaeological, Artistic and Historical Zones (Ley Federal de Monumentos y Zonas Arqueológicos, Artísticos e Históricos).
