ARTICLE 292:

     

    The rights referred to in this Chapter shall not be paid for flights made by domestic or foreign aircraft with any of the following purposes:

  • That provide search or rescue services, assistance in disaster areas, combat epidemics or fumigation, medical aid for non-profit purposes, social assistance, and those attending emergency situations, both national and international.
  •  

  • In diplomatic missions accredited by the Secretary of Foreign Relations (Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores), as long as there are reciprocity agreements.
  •  

  • Pilot training conducted by aviation schools.
  •  

  • For the verification and certification of radars and radio aids to the aerial navigation owned by the Secretary of Communications and Transportation (Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes).
  •  

  • Participate in the aerial festivals organized by the aeronautical authority.
  •  

    Likewise, aircrafts, belonging to the armed forces, those destined for public and national security, as well as those that do not use engines or turbojet engines to support the flight, will not pay the right.
