ARTICLE 7: SIMULTANEOUS APPROVAL OF PROSEC PROGRAMS

In the authorization of the Program, the Ministry may simultaneously approve the Sector Promotion Program, in accordance with the type of products it manufactures or the export services that it carries out, and must comply with the regulations applicable to them. In the case of a company under the modality of services, only merchandise referred to in article 4, section III of this Decree may be imported under the Sector Promotion Program (DECRETO IMMEX: Art. 4), provided that it corresponds to the sector in which it is registered.
