    • ARTICLE 5: DETERMINATIONS SET BY THE SECRETARY OF ECONOMY (SECRETARÍA DE ECONOMÍA)

     

    The Ministry, with the prior opinion of the Secretary of Finance and Public Credit (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público), shall determine by means of an Agreement published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) the following:

  • The specific requirements that must be met to carry out the temporary importation of the merchandise indicated in Annex II of this Decree (DECRETO IMMEX: Anexo II), as well as those established by the Ministry by Agreement, which will be subject to what it is provided in said Annex;

    •  

  • Repealed.

    •  

  • The activities that may be carried out under the modality of services, as well as the specific requirements that must be met.

    •  

    Paragraph Repealed.

     

  • The guarantee scheme (RGCE 2022: Apendice 8) that covers compliance with the obligations inherent to the temporary importation of the merchandise indicated in Annex II of this Decree (DECRETO IMMEX: Anexo II), as well as those related to the Program in any of its modalities.

    The activities that may be authorized under the modality of services will not be carried out in the case of merchandise indicated in Annex II of this Decree (DECRETO IMMEX: Anexo II), except for the exceptions established by the Ministry for certified companies, as well as for those that meet the specific requirements determined for that purpose.
