ARTICLE 9: AUTOMATIC REGISTRATION IN THE REGISTER OF IMPORTERS

Once the authorization of the Program has been notified, the Ministry will electronically transmit the data to identify the corresponding company, so that the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) automatically registers it in the Register of Importers referred to in the Law.
