ARTICLE 22: PRESENTATION OF NOTICES FOR SUB-MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS

The company with the Program that transfers merchandise in accordance with the previous article, must present the notice referred to in Article 169 of the Regulation (RLA: Art. 169), in electronic media in accordance with what is established by the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) through general rules.
