    • ARTICLE 32: INFORMATION REGARDING THE AUTHORIZATIONS GRANTED

    In accordance with the Federal Law on Transparency and Access to Government Public Information (Ley Federal de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública Gubernamental), the following information regarding the authorizations granted under this Decree shall be made available to the public by electronic means on the website of the Ministry:

  • Applicant's name;

    •  

  • Program Number;

    •  

  • Address;

    •  

  • Administrative unit that grants them;

    •  

  • Tariff classification of merchandise to be imported and exported, in the case of merchandise included in Annex II (DECRETO IMMEX: Anexo II) of this Decree;

    •  

  • Program Status, and

    •  

  • Repealed.
