ARTICLE 27: REQUIREMENTS TO TAKE CHARGE OF CABOTAGE IN MIXED TRAFFIC

To take charge of cabotage in mixed maritime traffic, the captain or the general shipping agent or the shipping consignee agent will present the bribe and its annexes to Customs Authority, under the terms of article 25 of this Regulation (RLA: Art. 25), without prejudice to what is perform by the carrier companies or their representatives different than those mentioned above.
