contenido	ARTICLE 14B: OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONCESSION OR AUTHORIZED CONTROLLED PREMISES Individuals who obtain the concession or authorization to provide the services of management, storage and custody of merchandise in the controlled premises --386-Apendice 6--, in accordance with the previous articles --199-Art. 14-- --199-Art. 14A--, must comply with the obligations established in this Law --199-Art. 15-- --200-Art. 26-- --316-Regla 2.3.5-- and maintain the means of control indicated by the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) by means of rules --316-Regla 2.3.8--, as well as making the payment of the use referred to in section VII, of article 15 of this law --199-Art. 15--, which must be informed independently of the use or right to which --508-Art. 40--, in its case, they are obliged to pay for the use, enjoyment or use of real estate in the public domain. Remuneration for the provision of these services will be set between the parties, when they are provided by individuals. In the case of the transfer of merchandise from one warehouse to another, the parties shall comply with the provisions of section VI of article 15 of this Law. --199-Art. 15--
