RULE 1.11.2: COUNCIL OPERATING RULES

For the Council sessions, the following will be done:

I. The attendance of at least the President or the Executive Secretary and the Directors or their respective alternates will be required.

II. Will meet when required.

The validation of the technical dictum issued by the Council must have the majority of votes, in the event of a tie, the President of the Council or, where appropriate, the Executive Secretary will have the casting vote.

Only members, alternates, and permanent guests previously designated and accredited before the Council may attend the sessions.

The functions of each one of the members of the Council, as well as the terms and conditions regarding the operation of the same, will be those established by the Service Tax Administration (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) through the "Rules of Operation of the Council of Tariff Classification", provided for in Annex 6.
