TRANSITORY SECOND

As of the entry into force of this Resolution, the Resolution that establishes the General Rules of Foreign Trade (Reglas General del Comercio Exterior) for 2019, published in the Official Journal of the Federation (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on June 24, 2019, is repealed.
