CUSTOMS AUTHORIZED TO PROCESS THE CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF MERCHANDISE THAT INITIATE THE INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT AT THE NORTHERN BORDER AND END IT AT THE SOUTHERN BORDER OF THE COUNTRY OR VICE VERSA.

I.- Customs authorized to process the customs clearance of merchandise in international transit:

Customs: From Colombia. From Reynosa City. From Ojinaga and from Matamoros, only through the Customs Section of Lucio Blanco-Los Indios. From Subteniente López. From Hidalgo City.

II.- Fiscal routes authorized for international transit through national territory:

Fiscal route through which carriers must make their journey from the Reynosa City or Ojinaga or Matamoros Customs (Customs Section of Lucio Blanco-Los Indios).

From Reynosa City or Matamoros, only through the Customs Section of Lucio Blanco-Los Indios to San Fernando, Tamps.

From San Fernando, Tamps. to From Los Rayones, Tamps. to From Santander Jiménez, Tamps. to From Güémez, Tamps. to From Victoria City, Tamps. to From Zaragoza, Tamps. to From Estación Manuel, Tamps. to From Tampico, Tamps. to From Pueblo Viejo, Ver. to From Cuauhtémoc City, Ver. to From Tampico Alto, Ver. to From Ozuluama, Ver. to From Naranjos, Ver. to From Potrero del Llano, Ver. to From Álamo, Ver. to From Tihuatlán, Ver. to From Gutiérrez Zamora, Ver. to From Nautla, Ver. to From Palma Sola, Ver. to From Cardel, Ver. to From Pte. From Paso del Toro, Ver. to From Alvarado, Ver. to From Tula, Ver. to From San Andrés, Ver. to From Acayucan, Ver. to From Minatitlán, Ver. to From Coatzacoalcos, Ver. to From Cárdenas, Tab. to From Villahermosa, Tab. to From Escárcega, Camp. to To travel from Reynosa City or Matamoros, only through the Customs Section of Lucio Blanco-Los Indios to Hidalgo City, Chis., the carrier must use federal highways numbers 97, 101, 132, 180, 180 D, 145, 147, 190 and 200.

To travel from Reynosa City or Matamoros, only through the Customs Section of Lucio Blanco-Los Indios to Belize, the carrier must use federal highways 97, 101, 132, 180, 180 D and 186.

Carriers from the Customs of Colombian, must use Border Highway number 2 until it connects with Federal Highway number 97 in Reynosa, using the roads indicated in the two previous paragraphs, as appropriate.

From Nuevo Teapa, Ver. to Entronque Agua Dulce, Ver. to Entronque Chontalpa, Tab. to Villahermosa, Tab. to Entronque El Barril, Tab. to Entronque Emiliano Zapata, Chs. to San Marco, Camp. to To carry out the travel from Ojinaga to Hidalgo City, Chis., the carrier must use the federal highways numbers 18, 45D, 49D, 49, 40D, 40, 57D, M40D, 150D, 145D, 180D, 180, 190, 190D and 200.

To carry out the travel from Ojinaga to Belize, the carrier must use the federal highways 18, 45D, 49D, 49, 40D, 40, 57D, M40D, 150D, 145D, 180D, 180 and 186.

In the case of carriers that begin international transit through national territory at the Customs of Hidalgo city or Subteniente López, they must follow the route in the reverse order to that described.
