ARTICLE 167N: OPERATIONS OF A CUSTOMS AGENT UNINCORPORATED FROM THE CUSTOMS AGENCY
The customs agents that make up the customs agency that is in some case of cancellation of the authorization provided for in articles 167-J, sections I, II, III, IV, VI and VII and 167-L (LA: Art. 167J) (LA: Art. 167L), they will be understood as unincorporated, and may request the reactivation of their customs patent.
In cases of disability or suspension of the patent of the customs agent, incorporated into a customs agency, when due to facts or acts prior to its incorporation, the assumptions established in articles 160 and 164 of this Law (LA: Art. 160) (LA: Art. 164) and other applicable legal provisions are updated, the customs agency may not initiate new operations through the sanctioned customs agent but only conclude those that have been initiated at the date of notification of the agreement of the respective resolution, without prejudice to carrying out other operations through the other customs agents that integrate the customs agency.
