mysqli_sql_exception: Unknown column 'print' in 'where clause'

ARTICLE  167E:  APPLICATION  TO  OBTAIN  THE  AUTHORIZATION  OF  CUSTOMS  AGENCY

To  obtain  the  authorization  of  a  customs  agency,  civil  societies  constituted  for  such  purposes,  integrated  at  least  by  a  customs  agent  must  submit  a  request  to  the  Service  Tax  Administration  (Servicio  de  Administración  Tributaria),  complying  with  the  requirements  established  in  the  previous  article  --230-Art.  167--.

The  Service  Tax  Administration  (Servicio  de  Administración  Tributaria)  will  resolve  the  authorization  request  within  three  months  from  the  date  of  its  presentation.

Issued  the  authorization  of  the  customs  agency,  the  customs  agents  that  integrate  it,  tacitly  accept  that  the  patent  of  which  they  are  holders  is  incorporated  into  the  customs  agency,  proceeding  to  deactivate  their  patent  of  the  customs  electronic  system  --3-Art.  1--  from  the  date  on  which  the  customs  agency  obtains  the  authorization  or,  in  this  case,  from  the  authorization  of  the  incorporation  of  a  customs  agent  in  an  established  customs  agency,  without  prejudice  to  the  exercise  of  the  faculties  of  verification  of  the  customs  authorities  with  respect  to  the  patent  of  said  customs  agent,  or  the  imposition  of  the  corresponding  sanctions  for  the  case  of  infringement  of  this  Law,  including  the  extinction,  cancellation,  suspension  or  disability  of  the  respective  patent.

When  the  customs  agency  that  is  already  operating  requires  the  incorporation  of  a  customs  agent,  provided  that  it  is  not  subject  to  any  disability  procedure  --230-Art.  160--,  suspension  --230-Art.  164--,  cancellation  --230-Art.  165--  or  extinction  --230-Art.  166--  of  the  patent  of  which  it  is  the  owner,  shall  request  the  corresponding  authorization  from  the  Service  Tax  Administration  (Servicio  de  Administración  Tributaria).

The  customs  agent  that  integrates  or  constitutes  a  customs  agency  shall  undergo  the  examinations  to  which  the  Service  Tax  Administration  (Servicio  de  Administración  Tributaria)  may  convene  annually  in  accordance  with  the  provisions  of  article  162,  section  XIV  of  this  Law  --230-Art.  162--  --68-Art.  221--.
