ARTICLE 31: ABANDONMENT OF SPECIAL EQUIPMENT FOR MANEUVERS

The special equipment that the embarkation use (RGCE 2022: Regla 2.2.3) - to facilitate the maneuvers of loading, unloading and leaving on the ground, will cause abandonment three months after the following day that in which said vessels have left the port.

During this period, the equipment may remain in the port without paying foreign trade taxes and be used by other embarkation of the carrier that left it in the port.
