Article 300: Scope and Coverage

This Chapter applies to trade in goods of a Party, including:

Goods covered by Annex 300-A (TLCAN: Anexo 300-A) (Trade and Investment in the Automotive Sector),

Goods covered by Annex 300-B (TLCAN: Anexo 300-B) (Textile and Apparel Goods), and

Goods covered by another Chapter in this Part, except as provided in such Annex or Chapter.
