Article 308. MostFavoredNation Rates of Duty on Certain Goods
1. Annex 308.1 (TLCAN: Anexo 308.1) applies to certain automatic data processing goods and their parts.
2. Annex 308.2 (TLCAN: Anexo 308.2) applies to certain color television tubes.
3. Each Party shall accord mostfavorednation duty-free treatment to any local area network apparatus imported into its territory, and shall consult in accordance with Annex 308.3 (TLCAN: Anexo 308.3).
